Excellent Stay with Harbor Views
helpful staff luggage storage convenient exchange local options
I found the staff very helpful when storing luggage before check-in and after check-out. They assisted in locating a lost item left in the room after checking out. Currency exchange was conveniently available at the front desk. The breakfast had many local options and some western ones.
The bathroom lacked sufficient space for personal items.

excellent location friendly staff effective air conditioning good shower
the mtr wan chai station is a short walk away this made getting around simple. the staff was friendly and helpful. i found the air conditioning effective. the shower worked well.
the room's decor felt somewhat outdated the facilities showed some wear and tear

convenient and clean, but bring an adapter!
helpful staff central location
This place is very central. wan chai and exhibition center stations are minutes away. rooms are spacious and quiet. The cleaning staff were great! reception and concierge were also very helpful. i was charmed by the overall convenience.
the power outlets are specific to the area. i needed an adapter to use my devices and the hotel did not provide one. i recommend future visitors prepare a multi-outlet adapter before arriving at this hotel.

the hotel has very short distance to the convention center and to star ferry. it is also near the bar area. walking distance to victoria harbour pier offers accessibility.

rooms are spacious and quiet, what a relief! they include a convenient kettle for tea and a nespresso coffee machine. complimentary coffee and tea are provided daily. comfy cosy rooms are furnished with very good taste.

The location near the exhibition center proved convenient. Essential facilities such as restaurants and shops surround the hotel, it aided in both work and leisure. Staff are attentive.
The air conditioning smell bad. I also didn't get the room I payed for, I had to insist for it.

mini fridge ideal location
The room included a mini fridge so i could keep my drinks cold. breakfast included many options. It was perfect. the location was ideal. The bus stop was right in front, so it was very convenient.
the access from the mtr station was a bit far away though

the location allowed easy access to various attractions. the breakfast included many selections. i appreciated the convenience and the overall quality.
the decor appears a little outdated.

my premier room was very clean. the bathroom included a lovely rainfall shower. it also had two separate sinks. the room size was adequate and well-kept.

The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. It's a great space. i noticed a business center with three computers available.

Decent Stay. But Some Shortcomings.
uncomfortable bed unmet expectations
The bed was not comfortable, it felt too firm. I think different guests have different preferences. Some may not find it suitable. the television offered links to streaming services. None of them actually worked. It raised expectations that were unmet. I suggest this is fixed.
